Having your own front door is a dream come true for most young adults here at JPC Community farm we have over 8 open plan apartments all with a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom.

We recognise moving house can be overwhelming for the whole family and we want each of our residents to feel safe secure and happy in their own place.
Transitioning is a very important part of change so we advise a day visit to our day care for a couple of weeks then a short break in one of our stunning apartments to get the full experience. All of our apartments offer a stylish living room and extremely comfortable bedroom space. We can also assist with your care needs with support from our partners like JPC Care & Support.
