Lindsay’s role is to ensure that the set up of the business is correct and all the roles, responsibilities and processes are in place. Lindsay has a wealth of knowledge in this role as she has over 20 years extensive experience of working within small medium and blue chip companies and has experienced first hand the highs and the lows. She understands the day to day management of a business of this size and she will ensure all good practices are being met and the financial sustainability of the Charity is managed.
Lindsay cares very deeply about the purpose of this journey and the people who feel the benefits. And although it is not an easy task she welcomes the challenges it brings and works tirelessly to achieve our goals.
